I prepared these Pasta with fluffy cheese and cheese sauce very quickly being on the run and I can tell you with my hand on my heart that it is a delicious dish that can be served both for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients Easter with fluffy cheese and cheese sauce:
200 g pasta (shells, rifles, pens, & # 8230)

Today I bring to your attention another pizza for my taste - Pizza Capriciosa. It's great, it's extremely easy to make and it's much better than the one I bought !! I'm not saying that its cost is 75% lower than at the pizzeria. On the word that it is worth doing it from time to time, at home.
Top: 400g white flour, 300ml hot water, 15g fresh yeast, a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 4 lg olive oil. Topping: ham, Delaco Gourmet Mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, tomato sauce, pitted black olives, dried oregano.
Over the flour mixed with salt, add the yeast dissolved with the sugar and knead by adding warm water. Towards the end we add the oil and knead until we obtain a homogeneous, non-sticky dough. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, divide the dough into two pieces and spread the dough into a thin sheet in a circle. Grease the sheet with tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano, grated mozzarella, ham strips, sliced mushrooms and olives.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 20 min. or at the special pizza program at 250 degrees C for 15 min.
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 55 minutes

This recipe is for Carbohydrate Day (Dinner) from the Rina Diet - 90 Day Diet.
You will need:
150 g fresh sweet cheese
450 g sweet cottage cheese
200 g of sugar (I didn't put all the brown because I didn't have enough!)
3 tablespoons filled with semolina
75 ml milk
3 large or 4 medium eggs
limette peel
1 pinch of salt
oil for greased form
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs for the shape
2 tablespoons almond flakes
1 tablespoon full of brown sugar
The first thing for the success of the soufflé is to turn on the oven, to be well heated. Then we put the fresh cheese and the kneaded cheese in a bowl, next to the salt, half of the sugar, the semolina and the egg yolks.
That is why a transparent dish is ideal, to see how it bakes. It is very clear that it has grown a lot but let's face it, it is a breath and it will decrease a little when it cools down. If done well, it will stay fluffy and have only a decent slightly raised edge.
It is exceptionally a little warm, but also cold. It does not need powdering, brown sugar has created a reddish crust. That's why I didn't add more sugar to the cheese composition.
For decoration I used a caramel syrup sauce, which completes the taste.
Or, just some caramel on the plate and some fresh mint leaves?
Dea's Cakes
I made a pizza with ham, smoked ham, sausages, grated cheddar, peppers. It was really nice..now let me show you how i made it :)
Servings: 8-10
Total time: 1hr
DOUGH:
14-15 tablespoons flour

half a sachet of fresh yeast
250-300 ml warm water
1 tablespoon oil
OR WHAT :
3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste
100 ml water

basil

We need:
100 gr ham
100 gr. smoked ham
2 pieces of sausage
150 gr grated cheddar
peppers red, yellow and green
100 gr mushrooms
2 eggs
PREPARATION
Place in bowl flour and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and put on the flour. Add water at a time, to get a dough that can be stretched. Finally put the oil, knead to incorporate and let rise for 30-40 minutes.
Thats it !! ENJOY.
PIZZA WITH HAM AND SAUSAGE
Portions: 8-10
Total time: 1hr
IT TOOK:
14-15 tablespoons flour
salt
half a packet of fresh yeast 250-300 ml of warm water 1 tablespoon oil
S.O.S: 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste 100 ml water salt pepper basil oregano
WE NEED MORE 100 gr of ham
100 gr. smoked ham 2 pieces of sausages colored peppers 150 gr. grated cheese
100 gr. mushrooms 2 eggs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Put the flour in the bowl and the salt. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and place it over the flour. Add water one at a time, until you get a dough that can be spread. At the end we put the oil, knead until incorporated and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
Sauce: Mix the water with the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
We cut the ham into slices, we cut the sausage into slices, the mushrooms and also the pepper into slices.
ASSEMBLY:
I made two trays !! Take half of the dough, spread it on the table sprinkled with flour, then put it in the baking paper tray. Grease with sauce, beaten eggs, cheese, slices of sausage, ham and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven over medium heat for 30 minutes.
