9. Spread a thin layer of salad evenly in the prepared form.

11. Then cover them with the remaining salad.

12. Cover the salad with the edges of the food foil. Put a shredder and a weight on top of it. Refrigerate for a few hours.

13. After that, turn it over on a plate and remove the food foil from its surface.
