  • 4 eggs
  • 400 gr flour
  • 150 ml concentrated coffee
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cube fresh yeast
  • 175 gr butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • orange peel
  • 200 gr candied fruit
  • a pinch of salt
  • 150 gr chocolate + 1 tablespoon fresh liquid

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Sift the flour into a larger bowl, make a hole in the middle in which you put the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange peel, salt, yeast soaked in warm milk, eggs, warm coffee and soft butter. Knead well, then add the candied fruit. Pour the composition into a guguluf shape greased with butter and lined with flour. Let rise for 15 minutes in the heat, then put the form in the preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove the gugulu from the oven, leave to cool, then turn it over and cover it in melted chocolate with liquid cream.
