We need a blender where we put the eggs together with the banana and mix them, at high speed, until they become a paste. Add 4 tablespoons of flour and mix with a whisk until incorporated, so as not to remain lumpy.

For frying we need a non-stick pan, Teflon, and a small piece of butter with which to grease the pan about half a teaspoon. I put for each pancake a little more than half a polish, about 2/3. We put the pan on the fire and when the butter has melted with the help of a polish we pour the composition in the tray, we put 3-4 blueberries and we leave it for about 2-3 minutes on one side, until it turns golden (until the holes are small) then we leave it for a while 1-2 minutes on the other side.

At the end we add honey and serve with fresh blueberries, a delight!

Blueberry pancakes

Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and mix well. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix until you get a composition like a flowing cream. We add blueberries. Mine were frozen and I didn't defrost them beforehand. We mix.

Plug the Panini Maker Breville into the socket and leave it on until the hob heats up, at which point the green light will come on. Using a spoon, pour the composition of the pancakes on the hot plate. I could easily fit two not very big pancakes.

We do not put the lid on, let the pancakes bake until bubbles start to appear on the surface, at which point we turn them on the other side with a spatula.

After turning the pancakes we can put the lid of the Panini Maker Breville device and in a few seconds the pancakes are ready.

Place the pancakes obtained on a plate and serve them with blueberries and honey.

There is a saying that everything that is tasty, or that we like, is unhealthy. There are many examples with which I can contradict this idea, but among the first that come to mind are blueberries. Step 1

Pancakes with yogurt and blueberries

In a bowl mix eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt. We mix very well. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda. Pour the egg mixture over the flour and mix until we have no lumps. Heat a non-stick pan, put & frac12 teaspoon of oil. For each pancake we put & frac14 cup of dough or half a pollen. Roll out the dough into a round shape. Sprinkle blueberries on top. When the pancake is browned on the bottom and air bubbles appear on the top, we turn it and bake it on the other side.

Remove the pancakes on a plate, on kitchen paper, to absorb excess oil. They are delicious and go perfectly with honey, maple syrup or fruit. Good appetite!

What you need to know about the recipe: It is a very simple dough to prepare: in a bowl we mix the wet (liquid) ingredients, in another the dry ones. Then pour the wet ingredients over the dry ones and mix very well, until we have a creamy dough, like pancakes, but much more consistent. It is very important to let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes before preparing the American pancakes.

American pancakes (Pancakes recipe)

American Pancakes, fluffy American pancakes

American pancakes, also called Flapjack or Hotcakes, so loved by Americans, have slowly entered our kitchen.

In contrast to the the recipe for traditional Romanian pancakes, which are thin, the pancakes are thicker, have a fluffy consistency and a uniform golden surface.

In America, these pancakes are served for breakfast, along with various toppings. Maple syrup is the most popular of them, but we find fresh fruit, chocolate or vanilla sauces, jam, along with these delicious American pancakes.

American blueberry pancakes

The difference between normal and American pancakes is that the latter have baking powder in the composition. They grow while being fried and are very fluffy. The dough can be flavored with different ingredients: vanilla, lemon peel, poppy seeds, blueberries, orange. I prefer blueberries and lemon peel for my pancakes and serve them with honey. This recipe has no sugar at all !! It goes well for mornings when you have time to prepare a sweet and hearty breakfast.

Because the dough has fruit around it, it will be softer and juicier. Blueberries crack when heated and release the juice. You can fry them longer if you want. Pancakes will not be raw, I assure you, just softer, like any fruit dessert. The original recipe was for double the amount. I chose to make fewer pancakes though. If you also want a more normal amount and do not want to eat twenty pancakes, follow the quantities in the recipe below.

ingredients

for 6 pancakes

100 gr. White flour
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt
grated peel of half a lemon
1 medium egg, beaten
150 ml. milk
1/2 tbsp butter
75 gr. fresh blueberries
frying oil
blueberries and honey to serve

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes + 15 minutes for frying

fine grater, sieve, tel, tablespoons, polish, pancake paddle

Melt the butter and leave it to cool.

In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. Add salt and grated lemon peel. We mix.

In another bowl, beat the egg, add the milk and beat a little, with the aim.

Finally, add the blueberries and the cooled butter to the pancake composition. We mix.

Heat a little oil in a pan. The pan should not be heated because the pancakes are burning. For something so delicate, you need a medium-small flame or step 3-4. We adjust according to how hard we think the pan has heated up.

Using a polish or a measuring cup, pour the pancake batter into the pan. The pancake is ready to turn when small bubbles begin to appear on the surface. It takes about 2-3 minutes. With a spatula, turn the pancake and fry the other side, which is ready faster. Repeat until we have no more dough.

Place the pancakes on top of each other in a plate and serve with fresh blueberries and honey.
