countertop: Mix the egg whites hard foam, add the sugar, then the yolks one by one, the oil gradually, and at the end the flour mixed with the baking powder. We put the composition in a rectangular tray (d = 35 * 23 cm) or in a round shape (d = 28 cm), greased with a little oil and lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. We do the test with the toothpick and if it comes out clean it is ready. Let the countertop cool, then remove it from the mold.

White chocolate cream : Hydrate gelatin in 200 ml of cold water. Mix the egg whites hard, add the sugar, mixing further until it melts. Add the yolks one by one, then the creamy yogurt, vanilla danette, steamed white chocolate or in a double-bottomed saucepan, whipped cream. Finally, in the melted gelatin in a bain-marie, add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream, mix well, then pour it over the rest of the cream. We pour the cream in the same rectangular shape in which we baked the top. Sprinkle the form with a little cold water, then place food foil. Refrigerate until the chocolate cream is ready (about 30 minutes).

Chocolate cream: Hydrate gelatin in 200 ml of cold water. Mix the egg whites, add the sugar, the yolks one by one, the creamy yogurt, chocolate danette, steamed melted milk chocolate, whipped cream, and finally in the melted gelatin in a bain-marie add 2-3 tablespoons of cream, mix, then mix with the rest of the cream. Dark chocolate cream should be poured over hardened white cream, otherwise you risk mixing. On top, place the baking tray over the brown cream. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or in the evening until morning, as I did. After taking the cake out of the fridge, we turn it over on a rectangular tray.

Decor: Everyone can decorate the cake to their liking. I chose to place white chocolate circles on the edges, and in the center I drew fine lines of melted chocolate. I broke 50 g of chocolate pieces and put it in a bag. I put the bag in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, after which I let it cool. I cut a very small corner in the bag and made the stripes.

We cut with a knife passed through hot water.

Why do you think you'll like it?

  • It is extremely easy and does not require much mucus.
  • Contains only 3 ingredients. Cream for whipped cream, condensed milk and white chocolate.
  • It works great for cakes, but also if you want to make cupcakes or decorate a cake.
  • It goes very well with different flavors. For example, if you want to make a chocolate cake, you can use it with confidence.
  • You can use it in combination with fruit. I used this cream to fill a cake of tender leaves with cocoa and honey. The fruits I used were blueberries and raspberries. However, it also works with peaches, strawberries or pineapple.

How do we melt chocolate?

Over time, we have received questions about how we melt chocolate. How to proceed to reach a pleasant consistency, slightly creamy, or softer to flow, to be poured on top of cakes and pies.

Considering that we don't all use the same amount of chocolate, with the same cocoa content, I won't give you weights.

Here's how:

I break the chocolate into small pieces, put it in a small bowl, preferably with a double bottom if I melt it directly on the fire. Add a little butter, it makes the chocolate shiny, then a tablespoon of milk. Stir continuously until all the chocolate has melted. If it does not have the desired consistency, easily start adding one tablespoon of milk at a time, add and mix after each tablespoon of milk, until the chocolate reaches the desired consistency. Soft and shiny.

super, looks good!
I'm coming to you!
vrum, vrum, vruuuuuuuuuuuuum. P

This cake reminds me of my childhood. My mother always made it a holiday without a TV. I haven't done it in years, but I miss it at least.

It looks soooo appetizing, Miha. and I guess it's insane in taste!: - D

Gaby, I'm waiting for you! Pack the engine harder! :))

You're right Alexandra! It's our childhood cake! )

What can it look like. I'm on a diet too :)
It's super good just watched!

PS: Miha you have an email I am curious about your answer :)

Lala, it's very good and eaten! :))

I love this combination. I'll try the recipe too

Kity, it's a really good cake. You certainly won't be sorry if you try it! )

I just finished the cake. It looked very nice and tasty, so I tried it too, but the recipe is definitely wrong. I struggled a lot on the cocoa countertop. Surely you didn't need more milk? I also put milk in my eyes until a more diluted composition came out, like the one in the pictures, because I had a hard ball that came out with only 150 ml of milk, which could not mix, like a ball, my palette jumped out. mixer, the blades were blocked in such a composition. you must have been wrong when you posted the recipe. I got a thousand nerves. And I had another problem: with cream. Add caster sugar or powder. I put caster sugar and the granules feel. I hope it dissolves in the cream until tomorrow morning. Anyway, your cake looks good, but the recipe is not good. Check again, if you have time, the ingredients and change. All the best

I'm sorry Andreea, your cake didn't come out.
As you can see, I made it according to Aphrodite's recipe from the kitchen, I followed her recipe exactly and it turned out very well. The consistency of the dough is that of a cake, thick but flowing. Did you measure the flour well? I do not know. I'm just saying.
For the cream you can use any kind of sugar, it is important to mix until it melts. I, most of the time, grind the sugar a little before use, just in order not to mix too much. But no, I'm more comfortable with it. :)))

Merry Christmas and good luck to you too!

Isn't the cocoa bottom top syrupy? Only the pandispan and the cocoa top on top?

Yes, the one below is also syrupy.

Do not add much syrup, because the sheets are softened by the butter cream.

I liked the TV, but not as a cake, but as a cake. I mean, I put more syrup in it and garnished it with whipped cream.
The previous admirer is right, the cocoa dough is a bit hard and it was hard to mix, but I think it's no problem if we change the order of incorporating the ingredients, to solve this problem.
I really liked the idea of the citrus jam.

I think I'll make this cake soon. I definitely have to check, to see what the final consistency of the dough is.
I'm glad you liked it!

The final consistency of the cocoa dough is ok, the problem was that the egg whites are put last and torment the mixer a bit to incorporate so much flour (plus cocoa) only in the yolks and a little milk. Do you allow me to add flour after all? :)

Hi there. Cristina. pretending a recipe is allowed in the kitchen. :)))

It looks gorgeous, I have to try it. I'll tell you soon.
Marine

The TV looks very good, I want to make it too, but I would ask you to tell me what size of tray you baked (I have very large trays type cn30cm / 85cm).

Anita, my tray is 25/35 cm. I would like a tray as big as yours. :))

Hallo Miha1
I'm glad you tried this cake and it turned out beautiful & quotSUPR & quot.
I am surprised that you also received criticism, based on the quantities of ingredients.
I have prepared it 3 times and every time it comes out & quotperfect & quot.
Miha, I would have a ruby. I would ask you to complete the title of the recipe.
For example.

super recipe, now I make it I hope it comes out [I had it differently]
the cocoa top came out well, it probably depends on the eggs, if they are smaller the composition is more consistent.

very good cake. I recommend you too!

Elena, how did the cake turn out? I'm waiting for your opinion. :)

I also tried the cake but something happened with the cream - it came out too long. I think I should have used real butter, not the special cake bead, you know from which company. otherwise the taste was super good because the husband ate 3/4 of it in just a day and a half. for me it was a real surprise to succeed after the culinary catastrophes about 3-4 years ago. to be loved and not given up to cook at home in a much healthier way than any restaurant.

Brulina, I wish you as many successes in the kitchen from now on. :)
I can't tell you if the margarine was to blame, I haven't used margarine for a long time and I don't know its "qualities". :))
If in the end the ending was a happy one, that's the most important thing.
I wish you a good day!

Hello Miha and Brulina1
I also received a comment on this frenzy and I thought that, having a little experience, I would share it with others.
MARGARINA - in general vegetable fats for creams are not very suitable because what happened to you happens.
BUTTER IS RECOMMENDED!
In the dough MARHARINA is perfect.
So in the future, for creams ONLY BUTTER!

I also suffered with this recipe http://leckereien.blogspot.com/2009/04/prajitura-cu-crema-de-vanilie-si-banane.html and I met a former neighbor, from whom I and received the recipe and told me that it is advisable in creams to use only UNT.
Lots of fun in the kitchen!
With friendship and respect
Laura S.

Thank you very much Laura for the clarifications!
Hugs dearly!

Miha, hi!
With much pleasure and apologies & quotinertia of the button & quot :-)

Wünsche dir, ein schönes Wochenende!

ever since I saw the cake he winked at me, now I do. I hope it comes out as beautiful as yours :)
reading the comments above I see that some had the problem with cocoa countertops. and I do not know why
if you respect the quantities it comes out perfectly..exactly like a cream.
normal that the butter must be at room temperature (not frozen) so that you can beat it well and that the blades from the mixer do not jump :))
I come back with impressions after assembling it.
I will also post the recipe on my blog.
I kiss you, Miha and keep it up

Michelle, she will definitely be much more beautiful than mine, because you are a teacher. I kiss you and I'm waiting for impressions. : *

eee, whence so much ..I am still a beginner. I wait for the syrup to cool and move on to assembly.
to the cream so that the sugar doesn't feel anymore, I did this: the milk, sugar and flour are mixed and boiled when the cream is made, I added the butter and I took it off the heat. mix well and then leave to cool
when it's cold you add flavors. )

Remember your idea with butter. Thank you.

the cake looks great I'll try it and I hope it will look great anyway

I will make this cake tomorrow, it looks good and I really don't doubt it. From how many recipes I made from you, Miha, they were all successful.

Elena, I keep my fists going well, although I have no doubt that it will be spectacular. : *

My darling came out supeeeeer. I also made the chicken drum in bacon, I have no words to thank you enough.

Congratulations Elena, I was sure you would do well. )
I'm just as dumb as you for success. Kisses and thanks! : *

This recipe is completely useless, like many others. No sheet is syruped on the TV cake, but the cream is made with 500 ml of milk, which will be enough and will melt the sugar, but also soften the sheets. I can't even say in the photo that this cake is successful. it has a thin, thin layer of cream ... learn more dear ones!

I approved your comment just to read you and maybe that's how you realize you're talking nonsense. The second time, without having arguments for what you say, I will not approve your comment.
I made this cake according to Laura's recipe, I didn't invent it and I'm not the only one in the blogosphere who tried it.
The cream is enough as it is, if you like it with more cream you can make more, what's the problem? Check in your recipe and see about the size of the cream cake with half a liter of milk.
Is it so easy to come and sprinkle mud on the work of others? How about showing us your creations, which I suspect are perfect? Noooo. it's nice to hide in anonymity.

Hi Miha!
I also read the post & quotANONIMULUI / -EI-. & quot

Multumesc, ma bucur ca ti-a placut!

Buna,Miha. Te-as ruga sa-mi spui cu ce gem as putea inlocui nu am de citrice. vreau sa fac prajitura neaparat.Mii de pupici ,un an bun plin de impliniri si foarte multe postari.

Buna Felicia! Un an bun si tie, multumesc!

Many kisses!

:)) Fiecare e liber sa-si exprime opinia, atata timp cat are argumente si o face civilizat.

Imbratisari si o duminica frumoasa iti doresc. : *

arata super am sa incerc si eu

Multumesc, ma bucur ca-ti place.
Sa ai spor!
