I have a bunch of recipe magazines in a recipe book ... and today I wanted to make these croquettes and I didn't know where it was. It took me an hour to find it, but I was not sorry that I enjoyed reading other recipes, I was inspired and I did something very good ...

  • 500 ml of milk

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese croquettes:

The milk is put on the fire with a pinch of salt, I used the zepter bowl. When the milk started to boil I poured the semolina in the rain while mixing with a whisk. I left it on the fire for another 1-2 minutes, put the bowl aside, put the lid on and left it until the semolina absorbed all the milk and thickened. I let the semolina with milk cool a little, I added the egg, salt and pepper to taste, the cheese put on the large grater and I mixed the composition. After it cooled, I took a teaspoon of the composition, put them in breadcrumbs, shaped meatballs and fried them in hot oil until they turned brown.

With a salad of vegetables they are wonderful.

Cut the cheese into cubes or sticks, depending on the shape you want the croquettes to have. Form the croquettes in your hand and place the cheese in the middle.

Seal the contents so that the cheese is covered with potato paste. Heat the oil and pass the croquettes through the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, just like the schnitzels.

Fry the croquettes in hot oil until golden. Good appetite!
