This cake is very fine, fragrant and very delicious!

It is perfect for something sweet for children, especially since it is made quickly!

I used the stove tray, but it would be good if you have a rectangular tray of 20 × 30 cm.

  • For the dough:

  • 9 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 9 tablespoons oil
  • 9 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 12 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the filling:
  • 2 eggs
  • 550 g of cottage cheese
  • vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert molded cake with cheese:

In a bowl, mix eggs with salt and powdered sugar until they double in volume. Add the vanilla essence, milk and oil, mix a little more and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.

Divide the obtained dough into 2, and pour the first half in a tray lined with baking paper, level it lightly and put it in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Meanwhile we prepare the filling:

For a finer cream I used the blender, so I mixed the cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla until I got a fine and flavorful cream.

After the first sheet is baked, place the cheese filling, then pour the rest of the dough, level again and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °.

When it is ready, let it cool and powder with powdered sugar.
